Information on the statutory right of withdrawal / cancellation

6.1 No right of withdrawal / return.

A right of withdrawal does not apply to perfume samples, decants and discovery boxes once delivered, in particular for hygiene and consumer protection reasons and because these items are generally not suitable for return after opening and/or testing. This applies especially where resale in unchanged condition cannot be guaranteed, in accordance with applicable Swiss law.

6.2 Binding orders.

Orders are binding and cannot be cancelled or changed free of charge once confirmed by Perfume Discovery Box and/or once preparation, decanting, packaging or dispatch has started.

6.3 Incorrect delivery / defects.

If there is an error or defect with the delivered goods (e.g., incorrect item, leakage or damage before handover), please contact us immediately by email at: perfumebox.help@gmail.com and include photos so we can review the case and propose a suitable solution.
