About the Discovery Boxes

How many fragrances are included in each Discovery Box?

Each Discovery Box features 5 carefully curated fragrances, thoughtfully selected to matchthe theme. Each scent is bottled in a 2 ml spray vial, for a total of 10 ml.
How many sprays does each mini contain?

Each mini spray contains 2 ml of fragrance, which equals approximately 30 sprays, depending on the formula — enough to explore the scent in different moods and weather.
Are the mini bottles spray or dab?

All miniatures come in spray bottles, allowing you to experience the fragrance exactly asintended.
How long does one mini spray last?

Each mini offers several days of wear, depending on how often and how generously youapply the fragrance.
Is Perfume Discovery Box suitable as a gift?

Absolutely. Each box is elegantly packaged and designed to be the perfect gift for fragrancelovers — or a refined treat for yourself.

Are the fragrances original?

Yes. All fragrances are 100% authentic niche perfumes, carefully decanted from originalbottles and handled with great care.
Are the fragrances compliant with cosmetic regulations?

Are the fragrances compliant with cosmetic regulations? Yes. All fragrances originate from official brand products that comply with Swiss and EU cosmetic regulations. Miniatures are prepared with care and intended for personal sampling and discovery.
Is this a handmade project?

Yes. Perfume Discovery Box is a handmade project, with every box carefully prepared and filled with great attention to detail.

Freshness & Storage

When are the miniatures decanted?

All miniatures are hand-decanted in small batches shortly before shipping. Each Discovery Box is assembled individually, ensuring maximum freshness and quality.
What is the shelf life of the fragrances?

Perfumes typically maintain their quality for several years when stored correctly. Due to the natural composition of fragrances, subtle changes in scent over time may occur depending on ingredients and storage conditions.
How should I store the miniatures?

To preserve the scent, store your mini sprays in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat.

Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship from?

All orders are carefully packed and shipped from Switzerland.
Where do you ship to?

We ship to Switzerland and the European Union. Orders to the EU may be subject to local VAT and handling fees upon delivery.
How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually delivered within 2–5 business days in Switzerland and 5–10 business days within the European Union.
How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location.
Are duties or taxes included?

For orders within Switzerland, all applicable taxes are included. Orders to the European Union may be subject to local VAT and handling fees upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my Discovery Box?

Due to the nature of fragrance products, opened or used items cannot be returned or refunded.
Can I return an unopened box?

Yes. Unopened and unused boxes may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.
Can I return a box if I don’t like the scents?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns based on scent preference once the box has been opened.
How do I request a return?

Please contact us at info@perfumebox.ch before returning any item. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
When will I receive my refund?

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at info@perfumebox.ch within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will make it right.
